Wednesday: Stone Farm Early Morning and Eden Project Visit for the Day.
The children were up bright and early to complete their jobs around the farm - mostly this seems to involve either cuddling rabbits or losing goats! Mr Jenkins tells me that once again he has been chosen to muck out the pigs and can someone tell him what he has done wrong to deserve this!
The children were excellent ambassadors for the school at the Eden Project and thoroughly enjoyed learning about the project itself and the importance of plants in our lives.
Thursday: Stone Farm Early Morning and National Aquarium Visit
Once again the delicious scent of pig pooh beckoned everyone out onto the farm for completion of the farm tasks. Then after a quick breakfast we drove down into Plymouth to visit the National Aquarium. This proved to be a captivating and highly enjoyable experience, including a tour of the centre and an art activity creating creatures of the deep in the afternoon.
In the evening the children held a 'talent' competition with Nathan and Reece astounding everyone with 'Farmer Jack's Comedy Show'!!
